Has been a resident of the DMV since 1992 and of the District itself since 2001. He is a graduate of University of Richmond for undergraduate and The University of Texas at Austin for his MBA.  Growing up around the water as a competitive swimmer and avid water skier, Captain Tom has a love of water, anywhere! When Captain Tom is not out on the Potomac on Pontoon Penelope, he is around the DMV listing and buying houses for his real estate clients
